DEPOSIT SCHEME

You will need to pay the remaining balance by 1st of JUNE 2026.

• Tiers don’t refer to access at the festival. There are no VIP sections and no areas to which different tiers afford you access above the other. Tiers only refer to the price you pay for the festival.
• Child, Campervan, & Car Parking tickets are not available on the deposit scheme: they have to be paid for in full.
• A booking fee will be charged on all new orders. There is no P&P because we send out e-tickets.
• E-Tickets will be sent out closer to the festival.
• The balance owing can be paid any time (see below) but must be settled by 1st April 2026

PURCHASE INFORMATION

If you are 17 or under you will only be granted admission to the festival if you are accompanied by a guardian/parent/adult who is 21+. You will need to buy a ticket that is appropriate to your age. Photo ID may be requested at the ticket gates (and in the bars) for anyone who appears to be under 21 years of age (Under 25 will be implemented at our bar).

Under 5 years of age at the time of the event can attend free of charge.

RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS

When purchasing online you will be sent a confirmation email (please check your Spam folder if it is not in your Inbox). Your actual e-ticket will be sent nearer the festival.

How Will I Know How Much to Pay?

The amount of your second payment (balance) and the deadline to make the payment are confirmed in the ticket description upon purchase. After purchase, you’ll be able to check the payment amount and deadline from your Wood-Fest / Festival Pro account. To log in, click on your link in your confirmation email.

How to Make the Second Payment (Balance)

The balance needs to be paid manually from your Wood-Fest / Festival pro account before the deadline. To log in, click the link in your confirmation email. Once you’ve made the selection, proceed to payment, then enter your payment details and confirm. Ticket barcodes will be sent out closer to the event date, and will also be available in ‘My tickets’ on your account.

What happens if I don’t complete the payment?

If you don’t make payment of the balance by the due date, the ticket is lost and void. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event gets cancelled or postponed.

Reminders

We will send a reminder email as the deadline approaches, but it is your responsibility to make sure the payment is made before the deadline. The system is dependent on having your correct email address, so if you don’t receive a confirmation email within 30 min of buying your deposit ticket(s), please get in touch with Beers@wood-fest.com.

I can’t go to Wood-Fest 2026 anymore, what can I do?

As outlined in the festival’s Terms & Conditions, orders are non-refundable. However, your can visit our official ticket resale scheme Twickets – opening in Summer – where you can try to sell your ticket(s). Note that any tickets found to have been resold through a medium other than our official resale platform Twickets, will not be honoured by the festival.

SAFETY

Sexual harassment, assault and drug use will not be tolerated at Wood-Fest. Anyone found to be in breach of this will be removed from the event. In some cases, authorities may be called. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the site, without refund, for reasons of public safety. We have a zero tolerance stance on hate speech, harassment or discrimination of any kind and anyone found to be demonstrating any of these will be removed from the Event.

We will have a 24-hour medical centre for first aid support. The medical centres are equipped to deal with almost all medical emergencies, right through to minor illnesses and injuries. If you are bringing prescription medication into the festival, we ask that your prescription information is available if this is requested.

LOOKING AFTER YOURSELF

Whilst we try to have everything available at the event, we recommend bringing some supplies. Standard painkillers (paracetamol, ibuprofen) will be allowed on site. We recommend antihistamines, suncream, plasters etc. are all brought along for standard festival care. We will have a free water point available and bottled water available for purchase at the bar.

We will have food stall(s) available during the weekend providing a variety of food including vegetarian, vegan, GF etc options. If you have any special dietary requirements, please make this clear to the vendor when ordering food.

SECURITY

We work very closely with our security team to ensure everyone has a fun and safe time. Our security may carry out searches on your entry to the festival. If anyone is found in possession of weapons, glass, drugs etc. these will be confiscated and the customer may be removed from site. In some instances, the authorities may be called. Wood-Fest has a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. Anyone found trying to bring/sell/take drugs on site will be dealt with appropriately.

Security will be available 24 hours meaning they will do welfare checks during the night. Once the live entertainment has finished, no music will be allowed to be played at tents/vans. Any music being played will be asked to be turned off and/or the speaker may be confiscated.

If there are any concerns, please speak directly with our security, medics or volunteer team who will be on hand to assist.

ACCESSIBILITY

Wood-Fest is always trying to be more accessible friendly. If you have any suggestions, we welcome these. Please contact beers@wood-fest.com

We will have designated disabled toilets which are locked with a passcode. Please contact one of our volunteers for this code on your arrival. If there are any issues/concerns with this designated toilet, please let one of our team know.

Wood-Fest is a large, open field. In the event of heavy rain, the grass will become waterlogged. We will do everything we can to help keep the grass as accessible as possible in this event.

PHOROGRAPHY

Wood-Fest will have designated photographers/videographers on site documenting the entire weekend. With purchase of a ticket, you are in agreement that any images of you may be used on our social media and website. Any images of children will be used with discretion.

You are more than welcome to take your own pictures/videos of the event. We will not allow professional photography/videography unless agreed. No drones are allowed on site. We ask that any personal photography/videography is done respectfully and to adhere to the data protection law.

INJURY/LOSS/DAMAGES

Wood-Fest will not accept any liability for loss/theft/damage/illness for any belongings or persons unless caused by a direct result of our negligence which cannot by law be excluded or limited. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.

You may be prosecuted if you cause damage to the site, infrastructure, other people’s belongings or if you cause harm to other attendees. Climbing on our infrastructure is strictly prohibited and Wood-Fest will not be responsible for any injuries.

Children of all ages are welcome at Wood-Fest. We have a designated Kids Zone however, all parents are responsible for their children at all times. Any children under 16 must NOT be left unattended.

WRISTBANDS/ENTRY

On arrival, you will be asked to show your purchased ticket. This will be scanned in exchange for a wristband. Only persons with wristbands will be allowed in the arena and camping areas. Any persons found without a wristband will be removed from site or made to purchase a full weekend ticket.

Ticket codes can only be scanned once. Any persons found to be attempting to use one ticket for multiple access will be removed from the site with no refunds.

PARKING/CAMPERVANS/CARAVANS

All cars, campervans, motorhomes and caravans must have a pre-purchased ticket prior to arrival. You will be directed to a suitable space in accordance with our fire lanes. Once parked, vehicles cannot be moved unless prior arrangement. Any persons found to be moving vehicles during the event may be removed from the festival with on refund.

There will be an Elson point for toilet disposal. We ask that only toilets are used and any persons found to be urinating/defecating in the field will be removed for safety reasons with no refund.

Any vehicles left on site after midday on Sunday 5th July may be removed. We will make all reasonable efforts to locate the owner but cannot be responsible for the vehicles after this time.

1. A booking fee shall apply to the sale of each ticket. Such fee shall be non-refundable in all circumstances.
2. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, save as set out in point 3 of the Terms and Conditions.
3. The Festival reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Festival where it deems it necessary or appropriate due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control (for example, due to an epidemic, pandemic or act of God). In such instances, the Festival shall always seek to reschedule the event and your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you must notify the Festival in the specified deadline. In such instances you may cancel your order and will be eligible for a refund of the sale price of the ticket (excluding the booking fee paid). Failure to notify the Festival within the specified deadline that you are unable to attend the new date will be deemed to be a reconfirmation of your order for the ticket(s) for the new date, and you will not be able to claim a refund. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled and not subsequently re-arranged, you will be entitled to a refund of the sale price of the ticket (excluding the booking fee paid). Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial purchase. Except as provided for in this clause 3, where an event is cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with this clause 3, the Festival shall have no further liability whatsoever to you.
4. Listing of tickets on any resale site other than our official reseller is not permitted and any Tickets seen so listed may be cancelled without refund (e.g. Viagogo, StubHub, Gumtree etc.)
5. If you have purchased a ticket from any site other than Wood-Fest, or our official reseller, it is invalid and you will not be permitted entry. We suggest that you immediately claim a refund from the site you purchased the ticket from. Note that restrictions & measures are in place to prevent unauthorised resale, including on site ID checks.
6. Deposit Ticket balances must be fully paid by 1st JUNE 2026. If the balance is not paid by the deadline, you will lose the deposit and tickets. Deposit tickets will only be valid after the final payment has been made. Deposit payments are non-refundable, save as set out in point 3 of the Terms & Conditions and should cancellation or rescheduling occur before the deposit payment deadline.
7. Defaced tickets will not be accepted.
8. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of age may be requested at the point of entry and at the bars.
9. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for their children throughout the festival.
10. Exposure to loud noise can damage hearing, particularly in children. Please come prepared with well-fitting ear protection.
11. The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay compensation.
12. By attending the Festival you grant Wood-Fest Productions Ltd full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.
13. Professional photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited. No recording of any kind without prior permission of the organisers. No drones are allowed.
14. The campsite opens at 12pm Friday. All ticket holders must be off site by 2pm Sunday.
15. The Festival may refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for unreasonable or dangerous behaviour.
16. We design the site with your safety in mind. You agree to stick to the confines of the festival arena and campsite. If you enter any unlit expanses, fenced-off areas, or sign-posted out-of-bound locations you do so at your own risk and the festival will not be liable.
17. General/Quiet/Family Camping in the Festival Grounds is included in the ticket price, however boutique camping is available at additional charge.
18. A separate area is provided for campervans / caravans / live-in vehicles and a ticket for a pitch must be purchased separately. Regular campervan pitches are 6m x 8m and allows for 1 x live in vehicle OR 1 x caravan, PLUS 1 x small awning. Large campervan pitches are 9m x 8m and allows for 1 x live in vehicle OR 1 x caravan, PLUS 1 x awning / tent.
19. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. A car towing a caravan does not require a separate car parking ticket along as you have a campervan / caravan ticket.
20. No animals (except assistance dogs) are permitted.
21. No glass (bottles, jars etc) will be allowed into the Festival or campsite.
22. No open fires or disposable barbecues.
23. No fireworks, sky lanterns, smoke canisters, kites or drones are permitted.
24. No independent sound systems are permitted.
25. Flags are not permitted in the village and stage areas, campsite only.
26. No illegal drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide are permitted.
27. No weapons are permitted.
28. No stalls or market sales without permission of the organisers.
29. Ticket holders are subject to search by authorised security upon entry and during the event.
30. The Festival reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and you are responsible for checking these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain in compliance with them.

As in previous years on-selling of tickets is strictly prohibited other than through our official reseller Twickets. Tickets sold on other websites or auction sites will become invalid and the owner will not be able to gain entry to the festival.
